[TenTec] 1253 T kit,question about Note on L10 C43 sensitivity boost,

am at stage where  must decide 
  if or if not to install L10 C43 sensitivity boost parts
   
  not easy to change once receiver is finished
   
  so should install or not 
  will mostly use the receiver on 80, 40 es 20 cw
  hooked to proper full size antenna 
   
  not a whip or short hunk of wire
   
  wondering if the boost will over load receiver
  using a full size antenna on a noisy band
