75 ohm twin is still available here in the UK from at least one supplier. He 
has:

      "75 OHM TWIN.medium size..will take 400 watt PEP.  
      HEAVY DUTY 75 OHM TWIN.made specially for us this is very robust and will 
take many kilowatts.stranded copper conductors"
