[TenTec] ARGO V Mobile Power Source

Folks,
     Anyone know of a commercial product that I can use  to power my ARGO V 
in my 2006 Explorer?  
 
     Previously ran Scouts and Argo in a 2000  Explorer with some noise but 
workable.  I can not lick the noise  problem in the 2006 Explorer and need to 
be independent of the car's  battery.  
 
     Need to put out some counties.  Help!
