One thing to consider when using VOX control of the radio in any AFSK mode with 
computer sound card (direct or through an interface) is that if the computer is 
used for any multi-media with sound, the radio will retransmit it. For that 
reason I use PTT with a serial port to avoid accidently transmitting when using 
my Vista machine with DXLab and Winwarbler.
