I bought one based on eHam reviews at 
<http://www.eham.net/reviews/detail/7726>.  Unfortunately, it does not 
agree with my head so I offer it here for $40 shipped conus.  They're 
$44.95 plus shipping if you buy it new.  Comes with 4 pin Ten-Tec adapter.
