Not sure whether 2.042A was described by Ten-Tec as a "beta" release???

Regardless, I'd just reports the bugs, cut TT plenty of slack to
respond, fall back to my old favorite firmware and omit the step where
I share my brilliant conclusions on how to save the world from the
remotest possibility of making a firmware release mistake.
