Yes, but e-Bay forbids sellers from specifying payment from a "funded"
account. Buyers always have the freedom to choose to use credit card
funded payment and invariably do that because it's in their interest
to do so and sellers have to eat the transaction fee to e-Bay's
delight (they own PayPal).
