We already did that yesterday Stuart.  
He added 13 feet and now it is working all bands.  
We're just fine tuning today.

For problems where the tuner is clearly at an extreme SWR point on the 
feeder, add or subtract feeder length to cure it.  Easier mechanically 
than putting a stressed splice into the ends of the flat top wires.
