My N4PY software can use a Perseus, Flex, or SDR-IQ radio as a panadapter with the Omni VII. The IF on the Omni VII is not compatible with LP-Pan.

Glenn,
What is the IF of the OMNI VII and does it have an IF output? Just
curious because the Elecraft P3 input is programmable from 455KHz to
21.7MHz. Also, I am thinking that N4PY has a couple of solutions for the
ONMI VII. I believe his software supports LP-Pan along with other SDR
receivers.
