To further amplify Rick's comments, an antenna that has gained
popularity in USA in recent years, is a 40 odd foot high vertical for 80
and 160m work. One of our North TX hams published his versions in two
QST articles.
Rick's long standing use of a vertical half wave antenna for 40m which also loads on the lower band reinforces the utility of the Cebik 90 per cent efficiency observation. Thanks for mentioning that, Rick. -Stuart Rohre K5KVH _______________________________________________ TenTec mailing list TenTec@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/tentec |
