Steve, we are not on the same page. I am running Win 7. I just do not like
Explorer so I use Chrome for everything.

All of the program operate natively from within Windows. I'm hung up on why
you're running these via a browser. Yes, I am aware that Chrome is a
browser.
So, while I know nothing about the OII, I was curious about your statement.
