[TenTec] FS: Ten Tec 238B Tuner

Group,

I have a 238b Tuner FS. It is a "10" electrically and mechanically. I have
never ran it QRO.

It does have light scuffs/scratches on the top and bottom covers (nothing
unsightly) but the Front Panel is clean.

I don't have a manual for it but those are downloadable.
