I always wondered how far back from the cliff overlooking the Pacific
Ocean each antenna was.  Could the beam have been reflecting off
the ground before the edge of the cliff and the curtain array looking
at the saltwater at an effective height of the supporting poles PLUS
the height of the cliff?
