Hello, Tommy--
I'm glad that someone who knows what they're talking about finally weighed in
on this. I know several Agents and they all are honest and do a good job.
They might not always "get it right," but they probably do as good a job as the
rest of us do in our respective professions.
Don't take it personally: Those who have been providing negative anectdotal
comments are really displaying a reflection of themselves rather than one of
your profession. I wish we all could keep that in mind.
