Building your own Rebar cage is easy and could save you a few bucks. You  
just need a saw and some tie wire.
Also - Unless you have a manicured yard I would keep the excavated  material 
to fill in holes, low spots, etc. possibly saving a few more $$ and  getting 
rid of the low areas in your yard. I could use a truck or two full of  dirt 
here and it would just disappear. I would think that such a small hole  could 
be 
dug by hand without all the mess, expense, and back filling a  backhoe would 
require.
