What does this thread have to do with Towertalk? The other day I was
chastised for posting an unrelated subject. What gives?

The biggest problem occurs when they decide to "verify" a transaction.
I sold a Mac pro computer (after being a spotless ebay/paypal customer
for many years) and for some reason they demanded that it be verified.
They would not release my funds until I could produce a statement from
Fedex that the computer had been delivered, so I had abt 2500 bucks
held hostage for 10 days. When I asked for an explanation, they
refused (well, they said I had to talk with their security office but
they would not allow you to talk to their security office).

I have calmed down and resumed using them, but they can be very
arbitrary when they have your money!
