best is different for different people.. But.. bulkhead connectors on a 
bracket with waterproof connectors (or waterproofed connectors) is one 
way.  The familiar Cable TV drop "grounding block" works this way.

Stripping the outer jacket of the coax off, wrapping a strap around the 
shield, and then waterproofing the assembly.

Adding a ground wire when attaching the connector. (this one is used a 
lot on multipin connectors for aerospace use, where you don't want to 
depend on the connector shell for connection to the shield)
