conclude that there many not that smart people out there and there are many
scared company owner as well. We have lost many of good products that way and
we will lose even more.

that part of the problem is the court system. I leave it like that.

Exactly the reason you can't buy a plastic gasoline container without
some kludged up version of an auto shutoff spout. I know for a fact that
particular "rule" was caused by some idiot throwing gasoline on a fire.
I believe his last words before his immolation were something like "Hey,
watch this". A dead give away that something stupid is about to ensue.
The only American company producing blown polyethylene gas cans with
screw on/snap on spout closures were taken out by this rule and
subsequent lawsuit. Where's the "science" in that one?
Speaking of science which is it this month? A glass of red wine,
preferably French, (or was it Californian?) will keep you from getting
Cancer. I ask because the "scientists" have been going back and forth on
that one for years. Probably dependent on who has the bigger pile of
grant money to hand out.
