Only works if sway is fairly limited.  Flexible trees combined with
winter winds that will be 30 - 60 mph constant with 5 - 30 second
"bursts" of up to 120mph...  When they are directly along the line of
the antenna can be an issue unless you have a bungie that can extend > 10ft.
