I have 630' of 12-4 (using two wires) to my tower for a Yaesu 2800 motor, and Cat5e (doubling up 24 awg wires) for the POT. Its been flawless turning a C31XR-JK and a JK402 with the Green Heron RT21 controller. The RT21 can bump the voltage up if needed. I also control a Stack Match and several other relays using Cat5e (doubled wires). 73, Steve WA3A _______________________________________________ _______________________________________________ TowerTalk mailing list TowerTalk@contesting.com http://lists.contesting.com/mailman/listinfo/towertalk |
