This is probably the freshest idea I have heard in this discussion. This
could probably be automated into the log checking software. 10 percent
of the score might be a little too restrictive - since a few multipliers
can quickly result in a 10 percent difference in the score. Perhaps 10
percent of the QSOs would be more workable. Seems like a grid circling
pack with 11 stations would be too complicated to make it work.
