The problem is we can't all operate on the same frequency lol. I know
that in the past we have chose a run frequency of 144.242 or .244 and of
course we end up moving a few khz one way or another depending on what
other people decide to do during the contest. And since we all share the
bands, this really doesn't become an issue for us. We try to take note
what other rovers claim as their RUN frequency as well before the contest
and then we try to look for them there. The reality of the situation is
this however, rovers unless in a really good high location are hunting and
pouncing a large portion of the time. We keep looking for the next
contact and are always turning our beams. When all else fails, we then
return back to our run frequency (or try to) and call CQ a bunch of times.
We also may be working up the bands even though we are on our run
frequency. Having a 2M IF for half the microwaves can tend to make it
difficult to operate on 2 meters unless coordinating a microwave contact.
In the end, we do the best we can and if we are lucky we've worked a few
of the rovers out there in a few of the grids we go to.

Not sure what our roving plans are going to be as of yet. Have a few
rover issues to concur this week, time/weather permitting and waiting to
see how the weather is going to turn out for us. Anyhow with any luck we
will be on the air and have a blast working you all this weekend.
