Hello gang,
I've been working on constructing a web site whose focus is on
cataloging information for two areas:
1. operations from the rarer grid squares most needed for the
fulfillment the Fred Fish Memorial Award
2. identifying operators and their contact information who occupy the
rarer grid squares on a permanent or seasonal basis
The site is still very much under construction. I've done most of the
leg work of compiling information that I've gleaned from recent
announcements by many of you on the VHF Contesting and W6YX email lists
- but everyone is free to input their own information and give it a test
drive.
I'm taking a few vacation days away from work, so if you don't already
see your information listed and you choose to input your Rover or Grid
Expedition information on the page listed below, I'll be glad to place
it in the table within short order.

I can do that. It won't be any trouble cutting-out the clutter from
between the facts.

I think your son has a pretty good grasp on just what will go on if a map based
database is constructed without a means to measure what is no longer valid.
Honestly, though - to open data entry up to the 'masses' (sorry) is just asking
for trouble. I'm within 200 of having 488 and nobody cares who my most wanted
are! I'm too far from completion for my data to matter. "The Most Wanted"
database is populated with new data every few years by hams who reside on the
"Leader Board." It wouldn't be an understatement to say that if 'they' need
'em, most of the rest of us probably need them too.

I'd like to use my N1MM logger for today's ARRL VHF contest. Problem is
that I have it interfaced only to my Elecraft K3 for 6 meters but I use
other rigs for 2M and 70cm. Is there a way to override the band data from
the keyboard on a QSO-by-QSO basis in N1MM? When I tell N1MM to switch up
a band (CTRL-Up) it momentarily shows 144 then switches immediately back to
50 because the radio (K3) can't change.
Failing to find a way to override the frequency info, I guess I could just
shut down the radio interface. Maybe I just answered my own question....
Any suggestions?

You normally just type in the frequency in the call textbox and press
enter. Should update the freq in the log.
