Gil, you must be the only one on this side of the Milky Way with the
"problem" you describe, but I noticed something in the HELP file that might
pertain:

"To prevent WriteLog from putting a PTT signal on RTS

DisableCommPTT=YES"

This is an ini file option in the [Configuration] section.
