[WriteLog] Serial Port CW - Choppy CW?

I have a Pentium III  866 MHz. With 256 Meg of RAM and I can count
on two hands the number of times the CW is choppy!!
I have never had choppy CW with "CT"!!  Are we kinda going
backwards???
