[WriteLog] Recording a contest

Hi WL fellows,
I'd like recording the whole upcoming contest so to resolve later busted 
callsigns.
Which sample do you suggest? I own an FT1000MP, so I'd like having saved 
even the sub-receiver.
Is there any way to save even what I do transmit? For recording one VFO no 
problem at all, but how to make my sidetone being recorded?
