[WriteLog] Cabrillo rejected

Possibly to save you having to resubmit your log if you use WriteLog (based 
on my 10.39C log):

WL wrote my category as "SINGLE-OP ALL LOW RTTY"   That will be rejected.  No 
mode info to be included on any category.  (I suppose that's in the 
documentation somewhere, but I just accepted the Cabrillo file as written.)
