[WriteLog] XP LPT

I know this has been rehashed a zillion times, but I finally got a new
Win XP Pro laptop with no serial ports.  But it does have an LPT.  I
used Win2000 before and I know there was no support for LPT CW in that
OS.  But I don't recall whether that is also true for XP.
