        Why?  If you are submitting a log, you should definitely NOT use
packet.  But I do not plan to submit my log since I just operated
casually, and I spotted many stations for other casual ops that might
have been looking for new ones, etc.  Even if you do plan to submit a
log, most contest programs will allow you to post spots even if you
cannot view other spots.

        One suggestion I do have for anyone spotting.  Please do NOT post
the Grid Square.  If someone is cheating (I'm sure 99.9% are not), that
makes it too easy for them.  Copying the Grid Squares is usually much
more challenging than the call if the signal is weak, so let's not
completely take away all the fun of the Stew Perry!  :-)

P.S.  Regarding the DX window, this is the same problem in any contest.
How is DX defined?  Is it OK to work KV4FZ (a different country) who is
actually closer than N7UA (in the same country)?  I believe this is why
the Stew Perry has NO DX window rule, so I would just ignore anyone who
claims otherwise.
