Greetings Ed & All:

Ed I must vote NO! Some have suggested limiting the RTTY contest to the
very upper portion of 160. History has shown that invariably contest
operations quickly expand to engulf an entire band, and IMHO, enforcing
a limited spectrum rule would be impossible and impractical. Not being
a contester, I greatly appreciate the wise and courteous efforts of
those contest planners who set the WARC bands aside as no contest bands.
