Sounds like the original Hy-Gain Long John for 6m. Excellent antenna.
Hopefully, someone has a manual for one laying around. I don't think they
are in production any longer, but you could take a look at the MFJ web site
and see if they have the HyGain manuals on line.

I have recently obtained a  6 el 6m yagi and would like to find information
on it. It may be a Hy Gain unit. The boom is 24 1/2 feet long and 2 inches
OD..
