As others have already stated, if US Tower has customized their own sheaves, I 
think that's my direction.  "Trying" something new poses a big risk for me and 
the investment I already have in this tower.  Another $150 or $300 may seem 
like alot, but a small cost based on what has already been invested in the 
project.

Now if I can get US Tower to answer their phone today, that may be the harder 
objective.

Whats the ID/OD of the bearing needed? My hdx72 has bronze bushing pressed into 
the pulley. no staking needed. Must be bronze not oil lite which is just 
powdered bronze material pressed into a bushing. If its a sealed ball bearing 
you should be able to buy at any bearing house or your local NAPA auto parts.
 I own a NAPA auto parts store in a farm/ag area and there are very few ball 
bearings that I can't supply.
