I am not sure what the problem with Microsoft Outlook. I have been using it
for years and have had no problems with it. I use Time Warner (Road Runner)
for my provider. Perhaps the problem is not Outlook but your provider?

I used outlook express for many years but after upgrading to Win 7 it went

on PostBox. it really works well and has a great spam filter... my 2 cents!
