My first thought would be traps for 30 meters rather than a parallel dipole off 
the same feedline. It will shorten the 40 a bit and narrow the bandwidth but 
that is not usually a problem on 40. 
Trapped dipoles seem to have gone the way of the dinosaurs, but some of us 
dinos remember still.
