At least he manufactures his stuff in the USA, rather than u-no-where---which 
means that his "full guarantee" has some meaning. Try returning defective 
consumer stuff made in "...that other place" for a refund: as they'd say in 
"The Sopranos", "...Fawgetaboutit!"
