Yes - W2SC did that.  However, the log checking program isn't smart enough to
do that.  I know it seems simple enough, but this is an automated process that
is done on 2000 logs.  The program is written in such a way that a callsign is
either a DX call or a domestic call based upon the callsign and nothing else.

I agree it isn't a perfect piece of software and can improve. I try to improve
it each year, but so far, there have been more important areas to focus on.

It seems to me that giving credit for properly-logged QSOs should be an important enough area to get right.
