I like the idea, but I'd advocate for modifying the "real time" aspect.  Score 
updates should only be given 4 times during a given contest period.  (i.e. once 
every 12 hours for a 24 hour contest, or once every 7.5 horus for a 30 hour 
contest).  Then have contacts cross checked in real time to provide 
semi-official results and UBN reports only minutes after the contest ends.
