Then you are in violation of the rules and should be

4.4. Check (the last two digits of the year you were
first licensed)
Now it didn't say what type of licensed, so you could
use the year you got your ham license, driver's
license, pilot's license, or some professional license
but not just a made up randomly chosen number.
If you are really so against the partial call check
database that you feel the need to punish these
people, just change your call each year, or get a
different club call to use each year, that will show
them.
