Shelby,
Without LoTW, K4WW and other active Contesters would get maybe 30+ pounds of
cards annualy.
You are getting cards now mostly from the hams who are not in LoTW (as of
yet).

For example, NP3D worked K4WW sixty one times for last 3.5 on all 5 bands.
All QSO's are confirmed. And K4WW is a New State for me on 10 and 15 meters.
No paper QSL's were sent from NP3D to K4WW, even for the New State.
Why should NP3D send papaer QSL to K4WW if he has a picture with Shelby from
Dayton 2006? :)

Speaking seriously, K4WW would get much more pouds of QSL's without LoTW.
I think that you will get less and less hard QSL's if more hams will sign up
for LoTW.
