I am most concerned about the base overheating.  This device seems to  
me to be a fire hazard.  I've had two now that exhibit the burned  
base, the first one the bulb/tube was very loose in it's attachment  
and could have fallen out, shattered and exposed us to toxic  
material.  I have a picture if anyone would like to see it.   
Regarding RFI, they are clean and I've had no issues with RFI from  
CFL's.
