My ideal OIII would include much of what has been discussed, but please make
it MARS compatible, and not just around the band edges.

I am a dedicated MARS member (with official orders) and operate on
restricted frequencies and licensed to operate in both Iraq and
Afghanistan.  Without full MARS compatibility it is not in the realm of
consideration.
