Mike, it's not even a given that you need to do that.
You do that when you have problems.
WORST case, it would be 52 feet, or about 12 turns around the barrel.

Iam using open line and plan on 160 meter work. 

That's a lot of open line to wind around a barrel. 

My neighbors would love to see that next to the basement window.
