Has everyone forgotten about "the ugly balun"?   Inexpensive to build and
will handle about all the power one can generate.  Inside or outside, no
housing required.  A 25 ft length of RG-213 and about 18" of 4"PVC is
about all required.  If you intend to use it at frequencies above 7.0 MHz
then less coax can be used.
