If your friend will call SteppIR technical support at: 1-425-891-6134
between 10 AM and 3 PM Pacific time, Jerry will get the matter
straightened
out in no time. He can also e-mail Jerry at "support@steppir.com" or
"k3bz@arrl.net"

If the request for help was misunderstood, perhaps it was not made
clearly. If the second request by e-mail was missed, perhaps there
was a temporary e-mail issue.

As others have attested, SteppIR customer service is absolutely the
best of ANY amateur antenna manufacturer.
