I have a nice stockpile of Commodore 64's that can be used with
N4ZR's Contester program which pre-dated CT. I also have a few OpAid
6's around somewhere too, if you want to log/dupe by hand...
Seriously folks, why are you trying to live in a computing age long
dead? It's crazy to maintain outdated hardware for outdated
software. Personally, I've used Writelog for over 5 years. As a
single-op, if you don't want to touch the mouse, you don't have to,
though there may be times where you find it easier.
Operating SOA, I use the mouse to double-click a needed mult on the
band-map, which places the call in the QSO Entry window, QSYs my
radio, switches antennas, bandpass filters and stubs, and retunes my
Acom amp. It may be possible to do this with a keystroke or two, but
I've never tried so I don't know.
