For weekly practice, try the NCCC Sprint (NS) in Thursday nights. Eric NO3M
has written some excellent tips on running two parallel QSO's here, look at the
bottom of the 'Advanced Strategy SO2R' section:

www.ncccsprint.com/operating.html

While CQWW has a simple exchange of '5NN Zone', NS has 5 elements to the
exchange, including a variable serial number. And best of all, you don't have
to be in a DX location to generate the rates - everyone's QSO is equally in
demand.

NS only lasts 0.5 hours not 48, but that's still plenty of time to scramble
your brain :-)
