reading might also be of interest, especially for the beginners:

times in 2003-2007 in various magazines. At least the macros preparation is
discussed there quite in depth. From my today's point of view the "hyphen"
topic might turn to be obsolete, but it would be better to let the newcomers
learn, it does exist.
