Carl and Gang (Fox Hunters):
Ole Poppa Fox is shore a'hopin' this-hyer Big Solar Event won't completely wipe
out the 20-Metre Fox Hunt scheduled fer this evening 0100-2300Z (that equates
to 1900-2030 Mountain Time here in the Colonies. I am not on the active Fox
Committee so am not privy to all their decision-making any more......so I don't
know what they may decide to do about postponing tonite's hunts in lite of the
severity of the solar flare. We'll all learn together.

Wow, this looks like a classic solar flare where the absorption is too
high in the ionosphere for signals to refract back to earth.
