When I look at the Rohn book it shows 2 sets of guys. For 90 and 110 MPH
ratings it is at 28' and 55' For 130 MPH they are at 28' and 58'  with the
antenna loading ratings dropping each time.

Rohn shows 2 sets of guys on a 60 footer   3/16ths EHS at 75 and  56 feet

A bit depends on the guy anchors and soil conditions, but that's their
recommendation for average.
