Actually, that would violate the rules.  You are supposed to send in a log
that is "complete", with no "missing information".  Also, all callsigns and
exchange information must be "logged correctly".

That seems pretty clear to me.  If you deliberately send in a log which is
incorrect, not complete, or has missing information, then you are breaking the
rules.
